— 1+ year of experience with Upwork

— Understanding of the web and mobile technologies market

— Ability to track, analyze , and report on lead generation and conversion metrics

— Perfect written business communication

— Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing requirements

— Explaining the technical aspects of products, helping clients choose optimal solutions.

—Maintaining client relationships, resolving technical and commercial issues, ensuring client satisfaction.

—Understanding of the customer journey, with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement

—Understanding basics of software development process

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

Level of English: Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities:

— Finding new leads on the Upwork platform

—Writing personalized bids

—Communicating with leads on related topics

—Reporting

—Working with CRM Pipedrive

— Conducting market research

— Other related tasks

Selection stages:
