Sales manager in U-PROX / Integrated Technical Vision Ltd.

U-PROX are security and access control systems from the Ukrainian manufacturer Integrated Technical Vision Ltd. The company started its activities more than 31 years ago. So we can safely say that it is one of the most expert manufacturers of security systems.

We are looking for a proactive communicator who can easily establish friendly relations in the team. It is important for us to be willing to take the initiative and responsibility for the presentation of the U-PROX brand on the Ukrainian market.

This position requires working "in the field" in constant communication and meetings with a warm customer base, being a reliable partner who can negotiate, advise and help at the right moment. 

Main tasks:

• Constant communication with partners, establishing connections, conducting negotiations;
• Creating long-term relationships with clients, personal meetings;
• Work to attract customers and update the information they have about the company's offers and assortment;
• Work in tandem with the marketing department and technical specialists;
• Preparation of offers and organization of meetings.

Who do we want to see in the team:

• A person with a proactive position, active sales skills and negotiation and presentation skills; 
• With experience working with CRM, 1C;
• Ability to organize your working day and a systematic approach to work;
• Having a driver's license will be an advantage;
• Technical education or work experience in similar fields will be a plus.
