We are looking for a Leading computer systems engineerin city for the Local User Support Group. Dnipro.

KEY TASKS:

• Registration, processing, control of the terms of execution (SLA) of requests, tracking of approval routes;
• Diagnosis, localization and elimination of incidents related to workstations, peripheral equipment and other office equipment;
• Providing advice on the operation of equipment, software, including remotely using remote access tools;
• Installation, configuration, modernization and technical support of PCs, laptops, BFPs, printers, scanners and other user equipment. Planned inspections, software updates and control of the technical condition of equipment in order to prevent failures;
• Maintenance and restoration of the cable system, sockets, patch panels, cross connections and physical communication lines, installation/disassembly of active network equipment;
• Coordination of work within the scope of applications, involvement of adjacent units and control of service work;
• Inventory, control of equipment movements, management technical documentation and analysis of repeated incidents.

YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

• Full, partial higher education, professional technical education in the IT field;
• Practical work experience from the 1st year;
• Readiness for a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week - office, 2 days - remotely);
• Knowledge of the technical characteristics and design features of computer equipment, duplicating and printing equipment used;
• Knowledge of repair technology, maintenance of computer equipment, duplicating and printing equipment;
• Focus on quick recovery and minimizing downtime;
• Ability to work effectively in the conditions of urgent incidents and increased workload;
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to users of different levels of training.
