Novoplex is a group of companies that develop iGaming products and provide services in various areas of performance marketing.
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for the development of the client base: retention, reactivation and transfer of players from casual to VIP segment through system personal communication (calls, email, messengers).
What you will do:
Work with a warm customer base, which is fixed to the manager and is constantly replenished, which includes warm calls and correspondence;
Sell the product to our customers with the goal of upscaling and retention on the project;
Resolve urgent incoming questions from customers and work with objections.
What you will need:
1+ years of experience in sales/account management;
Knowledge of sales techniques and structure (sales process, client needs);
English language skills at B2+ level.;
Good communication skills;
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;
Analytical mindset, proactivity, structure and responsibility;
Self-organization and the ability to manage working hours.
