What we offer (Terms):

  • Income without limitations: Fixed rate $1000 + KPI ($50 for each customer who reached the showroom). The average income is $2,000–$2,500.
  • Format: Fully remote work (from Ukraine).
  • Schedule: Full-time, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Kyiv time (09:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Berlin time).
  • Stability: Official contract (FOP or other), paid vacation (24 days) and sick leave.

What should be done:

  • Fill client brief in CRM and make an appointment in the showroom in Germany.
  • Guide the client to the moment of the visit, reminding the appointment and sending the necessary materials.

Our ideal candidate:

  • German language - B2/C1 and above. This is a must (spoken, written).
  • Has experience working with clients (lead generation, customer service, sales).
  • Not afraid of the camera and knows how to negotiate over video calls while maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Able to listen, ask the right questions and translate them into an understandable brief.
  • Technically literate: confidently uses CRM, Google Docs/Sheets, has own laptop and stable internet.
  • Personal qualities: Responsibility for results, structural thinking and proactivity. It is important to us a person who works for the quality of the lead, not "for the tick".
