Responsibilities:

• Advising customers about assortment of motorcycle equipment and accessories, assistance in product selection.
• Order processing and processing: ensuring timely processing and shipping.
• Interacting with customers via chat and phone, providing qualified answers to requests.
• Maintaining a high level of service and meeting customer needs.
• Processing claims and resolving disputes with customers.
• Collection and analysis of customer feedback to improve store operations and service.
• Preparation of reports on work with clients and the results of order processing.

Requirements:

• Work experience in customer service or e-commerce (preferably in the field of mototechnics).
• Ability to work with CRM systems and order management platforms.
