/ Management of processes, reporting and controls in the Department of Financial Monitoring.

Functional duties:

• Analysis of the Group's requirements and participation in the development/updation of the Department's internal documents for the implementation of the requirements Groups
• Participation in the development of internal documents on financial monitoring
• Analysis of the Bank’s internal documents on financial monitoring for compliance with current legislation and Group requirements
• Participation in the development/ updating of internal documents, including Product standards, in terms of agreeing financial monitoring requirements/procedures for specific products and services
• Assessment of business requirements of other divisions of the Bank for consideration of the Group's requirements and requirements in the field of financial monitoring at the stage of their submission. 
• Providing advice to Bank employees on financial monitoring

Requirements:

Education:higher/economic/legal

Work experience:3 years in the banking sector, preferably in the position of financial monitoring methodologist, methodologist, compliance specialist, auditor, economist, lawyer. 

• Analytical skills, ability to analyze diverse information and draw conclusions
• Ability to report and regularly exchange information with the Bank's senior management and CASA Compliance business line
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (maintaining databases, creating reports in Excel, creating presentations in PowerPoint)
• Ability to propose and lead new ideas and solutions for improvement of the overall organization of the Compliance business line and the operation of the Bank's key processes related to Compliance issues (for example, KYC)
