Sales manager in Werbkom, Recruit Agency

The company "Werbkom, Recruit Agency" is a leading provider of recruiting and personnel selection services in the city of Kyiv. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Manager.

Duties:

- Active search and promotion of the company's products on the market

- Conducting negotiations with potential by clients

- Conclusion of agreements and contracts with clients

- Maintaining and developing relationships with regular customers

- Analysis of the market and competitors

 Requirements:

-No experience required, we have training 

- High communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a team and achieve goals

- We have a fixed rate of UAH 32,000 - 40,000 and a bonus program that exceeds the rate (the rate is paid not depending on the result)

- We take without work experience and teach from 0
