Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager who speaks English, German or in the Czech language. Your task is to grow the business, attract new customers and maintain existing relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial purposes.
• Identifying and attracting new clients in the field of recruiting.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Conducting market research to study the needs of clients and competitors .
• Preparation and conducting presentations for potential clients.
• Collaboration with the recruiting team to optimize sales processes.
• Tracking and analysis of sales results, preparation of reports for management.
• Participation in exhibitions and industry events to represent the company.

Qualifications:

• Work experience is not mandatory (we have a paid training)
• Proficiency in foreign languages
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
