Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position from 1 year (willing to consider final year students -teaching);
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of computer programs: MS Office and CRM;
- The ability to find an individual approach to each client;
- High literacy of oral and written language;
- Ability to work with objections and be stress-resistant.
Working conditions:
- Official employment, social guarantees, holidays and sick leave, according to the current legislation of Ukraine;
- Competitive salary level;
- Work schedule: Monday-Thursday , from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Hybrid format is possible;

Responsibilities:
- Accepting incoming calls, working with "warm" and "cold" calls;
- Full support of existing customers and work to attract new ones;
- Work with customers across the board: informing about discounts, promotional offers, consulting on product characteristics and profitable cooperation;
- Further dispatching of calls and recording results in the CRM system;
- Updating the customer database with the subsequent entry of information into the CRM system.
