Technical support specialist in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Kyivstar is the largest mobile operator in Ukraine, which offers its customers the best communication and Internet services. Due to the expansion of the company, we are looking for a sales support specialist to work in the city of Cherkasy.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the work of supervisors, D2D managers, SS operators.
• Conducting regular meetings with supervisors, the partner's sales team and the technical support team of FTTB partners.
• Preparation of monthly activity plans of the FTTB dealer in his territory.
• Performance of regular (according to the schedule) visits to fixed retail stores of dealers, regional sales departments of FTTB partners.
• Conducting training and ensuring appropriate level of knowledge of the partner's employees. 
• Providing the partner with advertising materials.
• Conducting local marketing events (BTL, D2D, CC) together with FTTB partners.
• Sales of company services together with Kyivstar partners . 

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher;< /li>
• Experience in service, preferably in the field of telecommunications;
• Knowledge of Kyivstar services and products is desirable;
• Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) ;
• B category rights are mandatory.
