Sales & Lead Generation Specialist in Sargent Logistics, Inc

About Us:
Sargent Logistics INC is an American logistics company specializing in intermodal and coast-to-coast transportation. Currently we are launching a new trailer rental department. 

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-level Sales Specialist to find new clients and manage the rental process. This role requires a proactive person who can generate their own leads using social media and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Search for potential clients by posting and managing ads on social media (Facebook Marketplace, industry groups, etc.).
• Sales Management: Handle inquiries, provide rental quotes, and follow up with leads to close deals.
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for rental customers, ensuring professional service.
• Database Management: Keep track of leads and active rental agreements.

Requirements

• Must have strong written and spoken English skills for business communication (at least B2 level).
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, or lead generation.
• Basic experience using social media for business purposes and office software.
• Organized, and willing to learn.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the logistics and/or international company.
