Coach manager in Migocka N.I., FOP

Vacancy: Coach-manager for drivers

 Location: office in Ternopil
Working schedule:

• Monday-Friday

• Working hours: 3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

• 1 lunch hour

• Saturday and Sunday are weekends

 Salary: $800-$850 (depending on the results of the interview)

Main duties:

• Coaching and supporting drivers in their daily work

• Training new drivers and adaptation support

• Control of work quality and compliance with company standards

• Analysis of performance indicators and providing feedback

• Solving work issues and communication with drivers

Requirements:

• Speaking English!

• Experience working with personnel (manager, coordinator, coach - will be an advantage)

• Confident communication skills

• Resistance to stress and the ability to work with a large number of people

• Basic PC skills
