Our team is constantly growing, so we are currently looking for a leader for our successful sales team, a salesperson by nature and vocation. A person who understands the complexity of B2B sales and always shows maximum enthusiasm for the process. The duties will include:Develop and implement sales strategies.Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team.Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.Initiation of search and selection of potential new clients.General management of the sales department and all operating procedures related to the finance department, installation department.Ensure the fulfillment of the annual sales plan.Maintaining key questions on the personnel of the sales department, including hiring, and optimizing sales managers in accordance with corporate standards.Personal communication with key clients.Annual review of media prices in the existing portfolio, review of specific trading strategies for standard products.Introducing new productsOther tasks of CEOasks of CEO Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong leadership skillsWorking experience in a similar position for a minimum 3 yearsExcellent organizing, negotiation, and communication skillsTeam playerKnowledge and successful experience of implementing sales technologies.Planning and budgeting skillsFluent EnglishHunter abilitiesFMCG experience/media Sales/experience in Advertising Agency will be +Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillserbal communication skills Working conditions:Salary on market level (salary + sales bonuses).All the necessary technical resources for the sales process organizationA friendly team that will support your effortsOpportunities for personal development and career growth We will be glad to receive your resume!
