We’re hiring a B2B Sales Development Representative / Lead Generation Manager to own outbound lead generation, warm up potential clients, and pass qualified leads to our sales team. This role focuses on structure, consistency, and quality — not spam.
You’ll manage the early stage of our sales funnel. This includes researching and identifying potential B2B clients across US and EU markets, running LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns, and handling inbound leads from social platforms.
You’ll qualify leads, follow up systematically, keep CRM data clean and up to date, and pass sales-ready leads to the team. You’ll track key outreach metrics, analyze performance, and continuously improve the funnel. We also encourage experimenting with automation, AI tools, and smarter workflows.
What we’re looking for
- You have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation for US or EU markets and understand how outbound actually works.
- You’re confident running outreach campaigns end to end, working with automation tools, enriching lead data, and managing CRM systems. You think in metrics, not guesses, and know how to improve results based on data.
Upper-Intermediate or higher English (written and spoken) is required.
Nice to have
- Experience working with design, branding, or digital agencies.
- Understanding of B2B segments such as startups, SMBs, e-commerce, or DTC brands.
