Middle UI/UX Designer in Loona Agency

Loona Agency is an ambitious Ukrainian-American marketing agency. We show American businesses Ukrainian no-bullshit marketing and measurable business results.

Our clients: local US/Canada businesses in the Roofing, HVAC, Solar, Remodeling Contractors niches.

Terms

• 100% remote
• Full-time (8h/day)
• Must be in touch:15:00-19:00 (Kyiv time)

Your focus

• New sites: structure > prototype > UI > UI-kit for developers
• Retainer: new pages/blocks within existing style
• Marketing visuals: banners/social media/blog graphics (hands-on)
• Collaboration: design + marketing + development for quality implementation
• Data-driven: Hotjar/Clarity > insights > edits that grow applications
• Cases: packaging work for Behance/Clutch/Dribbble/Upwork

We expect from you

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX (commercial projects)
• Figma at the "master" level: auto-layout, grids, options, libraries
• Attention to details: indents, adaptability, state logic
• Understanding of CRO approach: how to place emphasis for conversion
• Experience with heatmaps/recordings (Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity): scroll depth, click maps and interpretation of insights
• English B1+ (95% of content is English)
• Ability to use AI to speed up routine
• Portfolio: from 5 commercial projects
• Responsibilities: deadlines, transparent communication about blockers

Will be a plus:

• Experience with landing pages for local US/Canada businesses
• Understanding the basics of SEO page structure
• Basic knowledge of dev-handoff (design tokens / specs)
