Our customer is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Trainer who will join the team to develop the skills of sales managers and improve efficiency of sales.
Responsibilities:
developing, updating and conducting training programs and trainings on sales techniques, products, working with objections, working with CRM, sales funnels, etc.;
organizing and supporting the adaptation program for new employees (onboarding);
analysis of performance indicators of the sales team, identifying areas for development and developing relevant training solutions;
conducting group and individual training sessions: workshops, role-playing games, mentoring, practical classes;
creating training materials: manuals, presentations, scripts, checklists, test tasks, video lessons;
monitoring the application of knowledge in practice through listening to calls, providing feedback, participating in discussions cases;
cooperation with department heads for prompt problem solving and implementation of training initiatives;
evaluation of training effectiveness and making adjustments based on business indicators and feedback.
Requirements:
experience in developing and conducting sales training, creating structured training programs (scripts, checklists, presentations);
skills in working with the sales funnel, CRM systems (for example, Salesforce) and KPI;
experience in conducting offline and online training sessions, moderating role-playing games, providing feedback;
ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training (testing, assessment, analysis of indicators);
deep knowledge of modern sales techniques (B2B, B2C, SPIN, Challenger Sale, Value-based selling);
excellent communication skills, ability to present material clearly and interestingly.
high level of empathy, emotional intelligence and adaptability;
leadership qualities and mentoring skills, proactivity in finding solutions.
Will a plus:
experience working as a trainer or mentor in the sales department from 1 year;
practical experience of active sales (B2B or B2C);
proficiency in English at the B2/C1 level;
knowledge of modern methods of teaching adults (andragogy, 70/20/10, blended learning);
