We are looking for a Senior Business analyst to join our team to work on the creation and development of a universal solution for leading platforms in the field of e-commerce and retail tech. This solution will ensure seamless integration with existing online stores and provide users with the opportunity to choose a modern delivery method. The main focus is the optimization of the process of placing an order, its processing and improving the quality of the customer experience.
The project provides a full cycle: from gathering business requirements, designing the architecture, integration with API partners - to support and further development after the release. We create a scalable and flexible solution that can adapt to different usage scenarios and types of e-commerce businesses.
Your ideal profile
Must have:
– Experience as a business or systems analyst from 3 years.
– Knowledge and use of the best practices of business analysis, requirements management and system analysis
– Ability to professionally describe the technical and business requirements of the product, knowledge of business process description notations.
– Experience in creating specifications (Use Cases, User Stories, BPMN).
– Ability to work with acceptance criteria and test cases.
– Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to find a common language with technical specialists
– Understanding of modern web technologies / client-server architecture
– Knowledge and practical experience of software development methodologies.
– Knowledge of the full software development cycle (SDLC).
– Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban.
– Experience with task tracking systems (Jira).
– Skills with collaboration programs (Slack, ZOOM, Google Drive, Confluence).
– Understanding of REST API and experience with integration processes.
– Experience of API testing (Postman /Swagger).
What you will do as a Business analyst:
– Identifying and documenting business requirements, forming solution concepts, writing technical documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories).
- Participation in integrations, studying third-party and designing own APIs.
– Formalization of technical requirements, setting tasks for developers, control of execution (front-end, back-end).
– Decomposition and prioritization of agreed tasks in Jira and their setting to the development team, testers.
– Team support from customer needs analysis to product testing and implementation;
– Communication with stakeholders, management of their expectations and agreement of requirements.
– Constant communication and interaction with business deputyemployees and the development team.
– Post-release support.
– Identification of problem cases and the possibility of their reproduction.
– Support in the up-to-date state of the knowledge base of the department (Confluence).
