Sales analyst in Kasta

Kasta is the largest fashion marketplace for clothes, shoes and accessories in Ukraine. For more than 14 years, Kasta has been opening the best international and local brands to Ukrainians and proving by its own example that fashionable online shopping is easier, faster and cheaper. We are an IT company that develops new business on the e-commerce market, implementing our ideas and applying the best global practices. 
Main requirements for our candidates:

• Experience in processing data using SQL
• Advanced level of working with Excel tables, Google sheets
• Skills in visualization and reporting using tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Google Looker< /li>
• Knowledge of the basics of statistics and forecasting
• Communication and presentation skills

What will be included in the duties:

• Data extraction and analysis using data management/BI systems.
• Development key KPI calculation, visualization and reporting techniques
• Data management to support weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on sales revenue, net product value, gross profit, inventory turnover and other key metrics.
< li>Monitoring and analysis of competitive activity, customers and market trends. Producing actionable information to manage the sales team.
• Updating the reliability and data integrity of solutions provided.
• Improving processes and providing recommendations to support business strategy.
• Developing processes budgeting and planning, creation of a simulation model, calculation of business cases.
