• Work experience in similar positions for at least 3 years.

• Ability to work in a team, organizational skills.

• Economic, technical literacy, knowledge of the regulatory framework.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting briefings on labor protection and fire safety, organization of personnel training. 
• Control of compliance with the legislation of Ukraine on labor protection.
• Organization of training employees to work with warehouse equipment (hydraulic trolley, electric stacker, loader).
• Conducting preventive works with prevention of injuries at work.
• Development and implementation of regulations, standards, orders and orders, instructions on OP and PB and control of their compliance.
• Issuance of orders to responsible persons for the right to use equipment.

• Management of office business: availability and ordering of paper, stationery, water, coffee, tea, sugar, household materials and cleaning supplies.

Organization of repair work in office premises.

• Organization of furnishing of office premises, timely repair and replacement/updating of furniture.

• Control of repair work, service and maintenance of equipment - office, production, warehouse.
