• Basic higher education
• work in the field of commercial structures is desirable
• Analytical mindset.
• Confident PC user: Excel, MS Office, office equipment
• Software skills

What to do:

• Formation of reports on sales dynamics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, as well as reports on demand.
• Introduction of agreed sales plans by sales departmentsfor the future period in the accounting programs.
• Calculation of the bonus motivational part for employees of sales departments.
• Consolidation and verification of compliance with the budget for fuel costs.
• Update of customer data in accounting programs: change of prices, category and status of the client, etc.
• Checking the correctness of the price, design and content of special requests sent by the heads of sales departments
• Checking compliance with sales conditions established by the manufacturer or company
• Consolidation and provision of information on monitoring commercial conditions of individual manufacturers to the director of sales for processing.
