GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization focusing its activities on quality improvement the life of the population through the promotion of healthy food, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and host regions.

GOGreenlandia in partnership with the Danish Refugee Council in Ukraine(DRC) invites a security officer to successfully complete the tasks of the project "Supporting the recovery of Ukraine through anti-mine activity", which is aimed at the safe recovery of conflict-affected territories by informing the population and teaching them the right behavior to reduce risks from IEDs.

Basic tasks:

• Development and implementation of mine action standard operating procedures (SOPs);
• Ensuring compliance security measures during project implementation at all stages;
• Analysis and control of potential risks for the team, coaches and project participants;
• Developing and updating security plans for each project phase;
• Conducting regular security briefings for project staff, trainers and participants /ts;
• Coordination of security team actions in real time, including rapid response to emergency situations;
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented security measures, making adjustments if necessary;
• Preparation of reports and documentation on security issues.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as a security officer or in a related field for at least 3 years;
• Awareness in the direction of mine protection;
• Knowledge of the principles of risk assessment and management, as well as experience in their implementation;
• Ability to conduct safety trainings, briefings and provide support to the team in case of emergencies;
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail and ability to make operational decisions;
• Ability to work under stress, high responsibility and a changing situation;
• Availability of security certifications (preferred);
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
