Support Manager in Solid English School

Support Manager in Solid is not just an administrator and a technical support manager. He is a specialist in his field, thanks to which the client does not waste time on routine tasks and organizational nuances, but has the opportunity to focus on the main thing - improving his English.

Our requirements for a candidate:

• experience working with clients from 2 years;
• proficiency in English at the B1 level;
• skills in working with CRM and software complex (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google meet, Google tables/documents/calendars);
• competent spoken and written Ukrainian language;
• skills in communication with clients;
• discipline, responsibility, learning ability, willingness to work in a team, time management skills, stress resistance, high self-organization, flexibility, systematicity, independence.

Responsibilities of the Support manager:

• communication with clients in messengers;
• control of class attendance, cancellations and transfers;
• work in CRM, google tables and calendars, Trello;
• receiving feedback from clients and processing them;
• regular collection of feedback and conducting surveys to ensure client success;?
• communication with managers and teaching staff on work issues;
• daily reporting on work performed.

Working conditions:

• work format is remote, which allows you to work from anywhere in Ukraine. We are also ready to consider Ukrainians temporarily living in Europe.
• convenient work schedule: 5/2 , 9.00-18.00, with a lunch break and coffee breaks;
• official and transparent registration according to the FOP;
• competitor and timely payment of salary: rate + KPI (15,000-25,000 UAH/month);
