Safety Officer in DP World TIS Pivdennyi

We are looking for a motivated and qualified Occupational Safety and Health specialist to join our team in the Port of Pivdenny, Odesa Region, Ukraine.

Your tasks:

• Daily monitoring of the terminal territory in order to ensure compliance with occupational safety and industrial safety requirements, as well as ensuring the implementation of occupational safety and industrial safety measures at the enterprise.
• Providing employees with personal protective equipment (PPE ) and the development of posters and procedures for informing employees about safety measures and correct behavior in the event of accidents.
• Organization and training of employees on labor protection and industrial safety, as well as verification of authorization orders and access rights to the territory of the terminal.
• Conducting discussions and practical classes with staff and visitors of the terminal on issues of occupational safety and industrial safety, participation in audits and inspections on occupational safety and industrial safety.
• Strict compliance with requirements on labor protection and industrial safety set forth in regulatory, organizational and local documents, as well as non-disclosure of trade secrets and confidential information of DP World.
• Compliance with the Rules of Internal Labor Procedures for Terminal Employees.
• Immediate termination of any work that poses a threat to the life and health of people, fire safety, road safety, the environment or the enterprise. industrial safety.
• Participation in commissions investigating the circumstances and causes of fires, accidents, emergency situations, deaths, injuries and property damage.
