HR Assistant in HireHub

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting interviews and selecting candidates.
• Preparation and maintenance of documentation related to admission hiring and firing employees.
• Organization of training and educational events for employees.
• Maintenance of personnel records and updating of the employee database.
• Maintenance of a friendly atmosphere and assistance in solving internal personnel issues.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and friendliness.
• High organization and attention to details.
• Basic skills of working with a computer and office programs.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
• Lack of work experience is not an obstacle - we will provide the necessary training.
