Fortitude UA Charitable Foundation invites professionals who are ready to contribute to the development of medical care in Ukraine to cooperate! We are looking for a Safeguarding specialist for our medical project.

Fortitude UA Charitable Foundation is an organization that provides social assistance to residents of Ukraine, especially those who live in remote, de-occupied and underprivileged regions. One of the key areas of our activity is the implementation of mobile medical clinics that provide access to quality medical services for the population. In cooperation with international partners, we implement innovative solutions to support the health and well-being of communities.

Main responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of Safeguarding policies and procedures.

• Ensuring compliance of project activities with international standards for the protection of vulnerable groups.

• Conducting trainings for the questions team Safeguarding.

• Monitoring compliance with the principles of protection of children, women and other vulnerable groups within the project.

• Review and investigation of violations Safeguarding policy.

• Interaction with partners, donors and other stakeholders to ensure accountability.

• Preparation of regular reports on Safeguarding implementation in projects.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in the field of rights protection, social work or implementation of Safeguarding - from 2 years.

• Higher education (social work, law, psychology or a relevant field).

• Knowledge of international standards and approaches in the field Safeguarding.

• Skills in conducting trainings and working with documentation.

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language (required); knowledge of English will be an advantage.

• Attention to details, ability to work in confidential and multitasking conditions.

• Willingness to travel within region.
