Fortitude UA Charitable Foundation invites professionals who are ready to contribute to the development of medical care in Ukraine to cooperate! We are looking for a coordinator for our medical project.

About us:
Fortitude YA Charity Fund is an organization that provides social assistance to the residents of Ukraine, especially those who lives in remote, deoccupied and underprivileged regions. One of the key areas of our activity is the implementation of mobile medical clinics that provide access to quality medical services for the population. In cooperation with international partners, we implement innovative solutions to support the health and well-being of communities.

Main responsibilities:

• Organization and management of the activities of the fund's medical projects.

• Coordination of the work of mobile medical clinics.

• Cooperation with local authorities, medical institutions and international partners.

• Project performance monitoring, data collection and analysis, reporting preparation.

• Development and implementation of procedures to ensure quality implementation project.

• Control over the use of project resources (equipment, medicines, transport, etc.).

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience work in the coordination of humanitarian, medical projects or international organizations - from 3 years.

• Higher education (medical, social or managerial - an advantage).

Knowledge of the health care system and the needs of local communities.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language (required); English proficiency Proficiency C2

• Experience of working with international organizations is desirable.

• Readiness for frequent business trips.
