Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher economic/financial education.
• Work experience in the field of risk management (bank/financial company). Preference is given to candidates with experience in a leasing company.
• Fundamental knowledge of legislation in the field of risk management system organization in the financial sphere.
• In-depth knowledge of financial analytics and risk-oriented methods.
• Skills in conducting financial analysis and preparing financial statements.
• Proactive approach to tasks.
• Analytical mindset, ability to present information, self-discipline.
• High level of mastery of MS Excel and other MS Office programs.

Functional duties:

• Analysis of the financial and economic status, solvency of existing and potential lessees of the SME segment.
• Verification of completeness and analysis of documents attached to the financing request.
• Search and analysis of information to identify factors that may have a significant impact on the client's ability to service obligations.
• Evaluation of leased objects.
• Structuring of agreements with the aim of minimizing risks of the Company.
• Ensuring compliance of the adopted decisions with the Credit Policy.
• Preparation of conclusions regarding the expediency of financing new clients and changes to existing leasing agreements. Presentation of the project and preparation of protocol decisions.
• Preparation of management reports.
• Participation in the development of new programs and products
• Improvement of the risk management system.
• Develop or adjust internal regulations, procedures and the risk management system in accordance with the provisions of the NBU. 
• Implement practical measures for the effective functioning of the risk management system. 
• Hotreporting and risk analysis for auditors and other stakeholders. 
• Timely identify, measure, monitor, control and report on significant risks.
