Review Specialist in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a SERM Specialist to join one of our successful businesses - Liven.

Our product Liven App is a companion on this adventure, with its set of tools and useful knowledge.

In the role of SERM Specialist, the following awaits you:
— Involvement in business reputation management;
— The ability to communicate your own vision and adjust the audience's perception of the brand through work with users in reviews (App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, YouTube);
— Combating negativity, dishonest reviews and dealing with other reputational risks; — Working with feedback and helping to improve the product based on feedback;
— Helping to attract new users through reputation work and retain an existing audience through solving user problems;
— Working to increase brand appeal.

What is important to us:
— Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), spoken and written;
— Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes;
— Stress resistance;
— Strong communication skills: ability to work with user objections;
— Empathy and customer orientation;
— Interest in the topic of emotional and behavioral well-being;
— Willingness for long-term cooperation.
