Our client is expanding the team and invites a responsible Retention Bonus Manager. You will work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, organization and efficiency in working with data are important. If you like working with data and numbers, this job is for you!

What tasks await you:

1. Calculating bonuses: working with Excel tables, entering customer data into the CRM system
2. Setting up bonus programs: adding ready-made bonuses to the system according to the instructions
3. Preparation mailing: using ready-made templates for messages to customers
4. Reporting: calculation of simple performance indicators of bonus programs

What is required of you:

1. Experience with numbers (finances, analytics, contact centers)
2. Excel/Google Sheets are your friends, not enemies
3. CRM expertise - you understand how modern systems work

Bonus points:

1. Experience working with international projects
2. Knowledge of SQL or BI tools
3. English for working with global data
