Retail Network Launch Project Manager (remote format) in UVAPE

UVAPE is a group of companies that specializes in manufacturing, importing and retailing. We are announcing a competition for the vacancy:

Project manager for the launch of a retail network.

The purpose of the position: To form a concept, positioning, business model and the roadmap for opening a new offline store: from market analysis to a ready-made strategic launch plan with budget and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and audience research: analysis of the competitive environment and drivers demand, assessment of locations, market capacity and category trends.
• Form the store concept and positioning: key value, format, key sales triggers.
• Define the category model and assortment groups: categories, subcategories, shelf space logic.
• Develop the store operating model: basic business processes of opening and operations store.
• Form a strategic launch plan: launch roadmap, opening budget (CapEx + OpEx), preliminary unit economics, key risks and assumptions.

Requirements:

• Work experience from 3 years in retail / FMCG / consulting.
• Participation in the launch of stores / outlets / franchise projects / retail concepts.
• Working with analytical data, research, presentations.
• Experience in the field of retail trade or launching networks.
• Knowledge of retail processes and category approach.
• Presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to coordinate several processes at the same time.

Working conditions:

• Format: project cooperation / consulting.
• Flexible schedule: remote + spot visits to locations (if needed).
• Involvement: 6-12 weeks (possible extension for the implementation stage).
• Payment: fixed per project.
