RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER (remote) in Le garage

The restaurant chain is looking for an experienced operations manager to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
* Setting up and controlling operational processes in restaurants, ensuring a high level of service.
* Development and implementation of service standards.
*Adjustment and improvement of business processes.
*Cooperation with a team of managers and staff.
*Regular reporting to management.
*Development of a network development strategy and its implementation.

Requirements:
*Experience of working as an operations manager in the restaurant business — from 3 years.
*Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
*Deep knowledge in the field of restaurant business, experience in implementing effective solutions.
*Ability to work in multitasking mode and make quick decisions.
*Result orientation and the ability to manage a team remotely.
*Knowledge of office programs and basic restaurant management programs.
