2 years of work experience in a similar position as a recruiter or HR specialist, preferably in the field of education or engineering;

Active sourcing skills: job sites + LinkedIn, Fb, Inst, Tg, Tiktok;
Skills in passive search and analysis of target platforms and job postings;
Experience using search plugins and applications (X-Ray, AmazingHiring, AI, etc.);
Experience in developing a selection strategy, candidate model, interview scenarios;
Experience in conducting and recording online interviews;
Candidate assessment skills (behavioral interview, STAR, TK, Case and others);
Experience using Google workspace + Zoom, video recording plugins.
Proficiency in Ukrainian and English
Higher education in the field of HR, psychology or personnel management will be an advantage

Task area:
Work at the recruiting request from managers.
Development of selection strategy, candidate model, interview scenarios.
Development of vacancies and placement on relevant platforms (work, rabota, Dou and others), freelance platforms (freelancehunt, upwork, etc.), Telegram channels and others.
Search for candidates on all possible platforms (processing hot reviews + search for passive candidates using mailings and headhunting).
Communication with candidates at all stages before the transfer to HR.
Conducting online interviews (Google-meet\Zoom). p>
Maintenance of the candidate database (entering data, recording comments and candidate status, candidate evaluation, decisions, etc.)
Formation of weekly reporting on the results of the application .
Fixing video meetings with candidates and uploading them to the appropriate folder on Google Drive.
Transfer of a candidate who has passed all necessary stages of HR selection.
Sending feedback and recommendations to unsuccessful candidates.
