What will be necessary to do:

• Initial evaluation of resumes and telephone interviews with candidates;
• Market analysis;
• Reporting on the personnel selection process.

Basic skills that must be possessed:

• Experience of working in a similar position from the 1st year;
• Experience of working with IT, Marketing positions;
• Knowledge of basic candidate search tools;
• Focus on results, flexibility, the ability to work and learn at a fast pace;
• Good theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process;
• Knowledge of all popular modern search sources;
• Skills conducting negotiations and working with objections.
