What to do:
- Manage the full cycle of mass recruitment (from profile development to onboarding);
- Publish vacancies on various employment sites and social networks;
- Search for candidates through databases, social networks and other resources;
- Conduct a large number of interviews;< /li>
- Keep reporting in the CRM system;
- Interact with the recruiting team and the corporate team.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in mass recruiting from 1 year;
- Using modern methods and tools for searching and attracting candidates;
- Proactivity and multitasking;
- Responsibility, initiative and focus on results;
