Now the recruiting team Wanted is looking for a Researcher b> which will help to close various vacancies both internal to Business Constructor and external for our clients.

What tasks will be in front of you:

• find the maximum possible number of resumes in accordance with the requirements of the application;
• use alternative sources of search;
• conduct an initial telephone interview;
• communicate with recruiters regarding vacancies;
• using networking to get contacts target candidates for vacancies.

What skills are required to join teams:

• experience of working as a Researcher from the 1st year with different types of vacancies will be an advantage;
• willing to consider candidates without experience who have completed courses, know the theory of search and have a great desire to apply knowledge in practice;
• experience working with various search channels: boolean search, x-ray, linkedin, facebook, headhunting;
• variability of thinking;
• proactivity, focus on the result;
• the ability to work with a large amount of information;
• the ability to work in a team and empathy;
• not to lose enthusiasm when it is difficult.
