For faster development of our company, we need aLead Generation/SDR Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Active search and generation of new leads: the ability to independently find promising opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Finding customer contacts: possessing the skills to identify contact data of potential customers (email, LinkedIn pages, phones).
  • Customer qualification: analysis of customer websites according to established criteria, research of internal resources and customer bases to identify prospective contacts.
  • Multichannel Lead Generation: Work effectively with multiple communication channels such as telephone, LinkedIn, email, including writing letters and phone calls.
  • Establishing and maintaining contacts: establishing and maintaining relations with potential customers through various communication channels, in particular, initiating negotiations with the sales department, organizing demo presentations, involving participation in conferences and meetings with the company's top management .
  • Post-conference communication: maintaining contact with clients after conferences and forums, ensuring further interaction.
  • Preparation of targeted content: create quality LinkedIn letters and emails that attract attention and stimulate the interest of potential customers.
  • Effective use of the CRM system: the ability to systematically store and process leads using modern CRM solutions.
  • Preparation of reports : regular creation of analytical reports to evaluate the effectiveness of performed tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:< /b>

  • Work experience: 1-2 years of successful experience in the field of lead generation.
  • Deep understanding of the process: having knowledge aboutmain channels for attracting leads and principles of effective lead generation.
  • CRM skills: confident use of CRM systems for managing leads and processes.

  • Effective telephone conversation: the ability to attract customers through telephone calls.
  • Searching for leads on LinkedIn: experience in identifying and attracting prospective contacts through LinkedIn.
  • Language skills: fluent in Ukrainian .
  • Analytical abilities: analytical mindset, the ability to quickly make decisions and adapt to changes.
  • Communication skills: excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

WILL BE A PLUS:

  • Proficiency in English.
