Research Manager (Big Data) in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

The general purpose of the position:to research markets, companies and the competitive environment, combine classical research with Big Data of the telecom operator, find insights and turn them into ideas for business and product development, as well as improve the approach to conducting research within the company.

Responsibilities: 

• Conducting research of various types: competitive, market, company research (strong / weak sides, positioning), analysis of opportunities for development
• Analysis of how similar solutions and approaches work on Ukrainian and international markets
• Formulation of research questions based on telecom analytics, hypothesis testing
• Formation of recommendations for business, products or clients
• Participation in the preparation of presentations and materials with research results
• Work with internal stakeholders (analytics, product, sales, marketing, etc.)
• Improving existing processes of interaction between teams in the direction of research
  
  Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in analytics, research, consulting, strategy or related areas - (maybe even a little
• Understanding different types of research: market, competitive, strategic (or marketing expertise)
• Analytical and systems thinking, ability to work with hypotheses
• Ability to translate data and research into actionable conclusions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders preferred
• Experience with data or analytical insights (not necessarily deep technical expertise)
• Experience in preparing analytical or strategic presentations
• English language at a level sufficient to analyze international sources
