Project manager in Dika L.V., FOP

We are a rapidly scaling defense-tech startup. We have transformed from a training center to a company that develops its own solutions in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles. Our products have been tested by time and real combat conditions, so now the focus is on product development and scaling production to meet actual military needs.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will take responsibility for delivery: from the formation of requirements and planning to the launch of the product and further improvements. We need someone who can provide predictable results, transparent communication and control deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF:

• have at least 2 years of project management or team coordination experience;

• understand the life cycle of a technical product from the stage of idea formation to its release and have practical experience in project management methodologies, in particular Agile, Scrum and Kanban;

• can structure requirements in the form of tasks, user stories, descriptions with acceptance criteria;

• confidently use Jira / Workspace; none">have knowledge of English (for work with documentation);

It will be an advantage:

• experience in miltech/defense or technical manufacturing companies;

• technical education.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• plan, coordinate and monitor project implementation (delivery);

• manage risks and promptly eliminate blockers;

• Collect, analyze and formalize product requirements;

• coordinate the interaction of hardware and software development teams and ensure coordination of priorities;

• control deadlines, priorities and resource planning;

• ensure regular reporting and transparent communication with stakeholders;

• maintain project documentation and prepare the product for launch;

• initiate process improvement and increase team predictability.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN IN OUR COMPANY:

• probationary period (up to 3 months, may be shortened depending on the results) - UAH 60,000;

• after passing the trial - UAH 80,000;

• maximum income - from UAH 100,000 depending on results and level of responsibility.
