Responsibilities
- Counseling employees in Hungarian;
- Assisting in solving work problems questions;
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner;
- Provide necessary information using available resources;
- Make repeat calls as needed;
- Participate in various Contact Center projects and processes;
