The business school at the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) invites to the team SMM/Email/Marketing Automation Specialist.
In this role, you will ensure effective management of digital communication channels (social networks, email, automated funnels), increase reach, engagement and conversions of users. Responsible for the development of content in social networks, the systematic work of email marketing and the implementation of marketing automations that support marketing, communications and recruitment of students/participants of the programs.
The main goal- to transform the audience into users, listeners, donors or supporters thanks to accurate, personalized and technological communication solutions.
Your responsibilities will be:
1. SMM and content in social networks
- Management of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- Preparation and publication of content (posts, stories, reels, texts, visuals).
- Planning of SMM content and participation in the content calendar.
- Moderation, community management, responses to comments and requests.
- Creation multimedia content (together with a designer or independently through Canva).
- Analysis of the effectiveness of publications and optimization of formats.
2. Email marketing
- Preparation and layout of email newsletters (news, announcements, communication funnels).
- Construction of audience segmentation.
- Setting templates, A/B testing, personalization.
- Monitoring of technical indicators: deliverability, bounce rate, CTR, OR.
- Integration of email communications with CRM, landing pages, forms registration.
3. Marketing Automation
- Setting up automated funnels (auto-queues, triggers, welcome-flow, reminders).
- Connection and support of integrations (CRM > email > site > analytics).
- Use of automation tools (SendGrid, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
- Implementation of scenarios for recruiting, onboarding, repeated interaction.
- Development of logic communication flows for different audiences.
4. Analytics and optimization
- Analysis of SMM metrics (ER, reach, growth rates, CTR).
- Analysis of email metrics (OR, CTR, CTOR, deliverability, conversions).
- Collection of data for marketing and communications.
- Preparation of regular reports and recommendations.
- Optimization of content, frequency of communications and channels.
5. Communication and coordination
- Interaction with the marketing, communications, recruiting team.
- Approval of content, mailings and digital campaigns.
- Robwith designers and copywriters, contractors.
- Ensuring compliance with tone of voice and brand guidelines.
We expect:
Professional competencies
- Deep understanding of SMM (analytics, trends, content, algorithms).
- Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, etc.).
- Marketing skills automation (auto-funnels, integrations, triggers).
- Copywriting & editing — the ability to write clearly, structured, taking into account the brand voice.
- Basic design skills (Canva or Figma).
- Understanding of digital analytics (GA4, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Knowledge of UX principles of email templates and mobile-first content.
Technical Competencies
- Basic HTML for email layout (preferred).
- Experience with CRM (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce is a plus).
- Setting UTM labels, tracking, tags.
- Knowledge of automation logic and API connections (preferred).
