Reputation Manager in AMO

Now at AMO Apps we are looking for Reputation Manager for working with all our products (Unimeal, MadMuscles, Harna).

In this role you will be able toinfluence the global reputation and help increase the rankings of our products on public platforms. You will be responsible for a strategy that ensures high ratings from users, contributing to growing trust in our products.

This role involves a remote work format with the possibility to visit the office in Kyiv if desired for more effective team cooperation.

Your key tasks:

• Increasing the number of positive reviews and reducing the share of negative ones.
• Setting up and analyzing funnels for collecting ratings on the web and mobile, working with product managers.
• Analyzing the causes of negative reviews feedback.
• Controlling the tone of voice of the support team's public responses and optimizing the communication strategy.
• Encouraging satisfied users to leave feedback on public platforms.
• Disputing negative feedback that do not correspond to the actual user experience.

Experience you will need for this:

• Experience in setting up feedback collection funnels on platforms (App Store, Play Market, Trustpilot).
• Experience in appealing negative reviews.
• Availability of successful cases of product rating improvement on relevant platforms.
• English B2+ (upper-intermediate).
