We are expanding our real estate advisory services team and are looking for experienced, dynamic professionals to join our team as part of our continued growth and success in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:
Evaluation of all types of commercial real estate, including business centers, hotels, shopping and entertainment centers, warehouse complexes and commercial premises
Review and analysis of evaluation reports performed by third parties
Residential and commercial real estate market analysis (including office, hotel, warehouse and retail real estate segments)
Conducting a visual inspection of analyzed real estate objects
Preparation of financial models for development projects and existing/projected real estate objects
Investment analysis of projects and analysis of feasibility of project development (Feasibility Study)
Analysis of the most efficient use of land plots and commercial real estate (HBU Analysis)
Writing reports, memoranda and presentations
Manage, train and support junior project team members
Requirements:
3+ years of real estate appraisal or consulting experience
Experience in preparing financial models
Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
Fluency in Ukrainian and English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication skills
Availability of branch codes onnational and international certificates will be a plus.
