Reporting Specialist in ACINO Ukrayina

Requirements to candidates:

•  Education in Accounting, Finance, Audit;
• Experience of 3 years in accounting, audit, reporting transformation;
• Knowledge of international reporting (IFRS, US GAAP);
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills, ability to meet strict deadlines, and result orientation
• English – Upper-Intermediate level

Nice to have:

• SAP FI basic knowledge
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Professional international certificates (e.g. ACCA, DiplFR)

 Main responsibilities:

 Submission and analysis of financial statements for a few legal entities in Ukraine according to IFRS;

• ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial data related to the accounting of financial instruments, fixed assets, current assets, and liabilities in accordance with the company's accounting policies and procedures;
• monitoring financial transactions to ensure accuracy and transparency of financial results;
• participating in the monthly financial period closing process, report preparation, and query processing;
• preparing transformational adjustments and individual sections of reporting packages;
• accurate and timely completion of financial statements, reconciliation of balances according to established reporting standards;
• ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger and data integrity for both internal and external reporting requirements;
• annual audit process support.
