Main duties:

1. Budgeting:

• Analysis budget applications of managers, consolidation of information for decision-making regarding budgets. 
• Supporting department heads in effective management their budgets.
• Preparation of plan- the fact of analysis. 

2. Management financial reporting:

• Development of a methodology for the construction of managerial financial reporting. 
• Preparation of consolidated management financial statements for groups of companies (monthly/quarterly/yearly). 
• Participation in cash flow forecasting , income and expenses of the company (Cash Flow Forecast, P&L Forecast), analysis of deviations. 
• Analysis of financial indicators of the enterprise to identify trends and potential risks or opportunities. 
• Control of expense items, expense analytics . 

3. Building an IT ecosystem for financial monitoring and analysis:

• Participation in the creation of the concept. 
• Setting tasks by programmers regarding the necessary changes in current management and accounting systems. 
• Preparation of requirements for building dashboards for monitoring of financial indicators using Power BI. 
• Help in automating cost calculation.

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor/Master in Finance or Accounting. 
• Financial planning experience and analysis - at least 3 years
• Deep knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, P(s)BO) and tax legislation of Ukraine. 
• Knowledge of US/EU tax law is a significant advantage.
• Analytical thinking, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, proactive, results-oriented, team player.
