SDS is looking for: Reporting Officer:
We are looking for a person who knows how to turn dry numbers and technical reports of engineers into exciting success stories and deep analytics. You will be part of the MEAL department, working directly in Dnipro to show the world the results of the recovery of southern Ukraine.
Key responsibilities:
Integrated reporting: collecting and processing data from WASH/Shelter engineers, procurement specialists and coordinators to prepare comprehensive reports donors.
Qualitative reporting: writing analytical texts and Success Stories (success stories) in English. Preparation of a list of questions for interviews with beneficiaries and trips to the field for personal communication with community residents.
Quantitative reporting: work with donor platforms (ActivityInfo, UNICEF, WFP systems, etc.) and internal databases.
Visualization: preparation of data for visual reports, work with visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and Excel.
Communication with partners: correspondence and direct communication with representatives of international organizations regarding project reporting.
Deadlines: strict adherence to reporting schedules (ability to work effectively in the "peak" periods).
Conditions and benefits:
Reservation: official employment with the possibility of employee reservation (deferral from conscription).
Remuneration (after taxes):
68,000 UAH — for the 3rd FOP group;
UAH 33,000 - under an employment contract (with reservation).
Professional structure: work as part of the MEAL department under the guidance of an experienced MEAL manager.
Contract: for a period of 9 to 12 months with the possibility extensions.
Schedule: from 09:00 to 18:00 (office in the center of Dnipro).
Requirements for candidates:
Languages: English - level C1 (priority) or confident B2. You must write flawlessly in analytical and "media" English.
Education: University degree (international relations, journalism, philology, sociology or economics).
Analytical skills: knowledge of Excel and experience with data visualization tools. Ability to quickly pstructuring large amounts of information.
Experience: experience in preparing reports for international organizations (NGO/INGO) will be a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: communication skills (to interact with different departments), attention to detail and high responsibility.
