Reporting Analyst (Overheads) - Headquarter in SKELAR

Now we are looking for a Reporting Analyst - a key specialist who will be responsible for the preparation of management reporting, financial controlling and analytics in of the Overheads section.

Challenges awaiting this role:

—Formation of management reporting for the Overheads section;

Optimization of processes and development of financial control tools to increase efficiency and speed; Automation of processes using the ERP system, as well as implementation and management of analytical boards; style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">—Communication with internal departments (treasury, reporting, tax, administrative team) to ensure the proper level of infrastructure required for the smooth growth of portfolio companies' business;

What is important to us:

- 3-4 years of experience (experience in Big-4 or international auditing and FMCG companies will be a plus);

- Accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills; 400">- High level of mastery of Excel;

- High level of motivation and desire for development;

- High level of communication skills.
