• Agreement on the terms of new contracts and their conclusion;
• Organization of access to technical objects for the performance of works;
• Compilation and control of the deadlines for the optimization/dismantling of sites;
• Compilation and control of the terms of exclusion from the copper cable lease;
• Work in SAP: maintenance of contracts, creation of orders (PO), control of fulfillment of contract terms and payments, collection, signing of primary documents and their transfer to accounting;
• Formation of proposals for changes to contract terms. Control of acceptance of these conditions by counterparties;
• Search for new technical premises according to projects and department management requests;
• Preparation of presentations on the department's areas of activity.

< b style="font-weight: 700">Required skills and experience:

• Experience with contracts and primary documents;
• A confident user of Microsoft Office ( Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP (preferred);
• High negotiation skills and initiative.
