The main tasks of the manager:

• Maintenance of the page according to the media plan (posts, Reels, Stories).
• Response to comments and mentions.
• Create creative content using artificial intelligence to increase engagement (including AI tools for videos, graphics).
• Development of ideas for new sections and activities that increase interest in the brand.
• Cooperation with other departments to create interesting promotional campaigns and promotions.

• Content performance analysis, recommendations for improvement based on statistics.

Ideal candidate:

• Work experience from 1 year in SMM.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• Experience with Figma and other graphic editors.
• Knowledge of the basics of working with AI to create graphic and video content.
• Experience with PC (Excel, CRM, messengers).

• Responsible attitude to deadlines.
• Creativity, sense of aesthetics, interest in beauty.
• Basic knowledge of targeted advertising algorithms.
• Activity in solving issues, orientation towards helping the client.
• Openness to new things, quick learning.
• Knowledge of English will be a big plus.
