Who we are looking for

We are looking for an in-house recruiter on a permanent basis who will be responsible for closing internal company vacancies and help us build a strong, effective team.

This is a role for someone who:

  • loves recruiting and working with with people

Area of responsibility

  • Full recruiting cycle:

    • from receiving an application to offer

  • Active search for candidates (LinkedIn, job platforms, direct search)

  • Conducting initial interviews

  • Assessment of candidates in accordance with business requirements

  • Organization and coordination of further stages of selection

  • Working with by hiring managers

  • Management of candidates and communication at all stages

  • Formation of a high-quality candidate pipeline

  • Closing vacancies within the specified time frame
